This building that was the Headquaters/Studios of WCIX Channel 6 in Miami. It was known as The Perry Nichols Building. Today, a portion of the JW Marriott is located on the this site. This building was torn down in the late 1970's or early 1980's.
This building, along with the Old Mutual of Omaha Building (Gorden Bierch) were the flagship architectural statement of Brickell Avenue at the time.
